Up to 3 pet foods can be ordered at a time using this form. Once received, we will place the order and contact you when it is ready for pick up .Please note, items on backorder with our supplier will not be ordered and you will be notified. For your convenience, we also have an online store where you can place your order and choose to have your food shipped directly to your home for a small fee. You are, however, always welcome to continue to use this form, or call us to place your order and pick it up directly from the clinic.
