Dr. Abdul Salam
(Veterinarian)
Dr. Salam is one of the partners of the clinic. He obtained his DVM in Canada in 2005. He worked as a small animal veterinarian in different clinics in Edmonton. He finished his veterinary schooling abroad in 1987 and worked as a mixed animal practitioner for 14 years including seven years of experience as a zoo veterinarian. He was also a consultant to the Department of Forestry of India, including lion safari, deer parks, crocodile protection center, etc. He is a caring husband and father of two girls. He enjoys hiking and traveling with his family and friends.

Dr. Koshy got his DVM in 2007 and thereafter he worked in small animal clinics of various capacities in AB. He had 12 years experience in mixed animal medicine abroad. He achieved his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2000 and completed VSTEP program of University of Guelph. Small animal internal medicine and surgery are the major areas of interest. He is living in West Edmonton with his wife. Visit places and spend time with kids and family are the hobbies.
Jazmine Hiller

Jazmine has always been an animal lover. She grew up on an acreage and always had animals around, mainly dogs and cats. She found her passion when she lost her dog Buddy back in 2018. She used to work at a dog daycare and decided to expand her knowledge. She loves horror movies, nail polish, music and traveling in her free time. She currently has two cats Misty and Sophie, and one dog Mrs. Wellington.

Aparna is a veterinarian from Kerala, India. A strong interest in biology coupled with an earnest desire to understand the silent language of animals and their well being motivated her to join vet school. After graduation, she worked as a veterinary surgeon in Animal Birth Control project in Kerala for four years, which helped her to sharpen her clinical and surgical skills. Later, she did her master’s in Veterinary Parasitology from India. She did her second master’s from University of Calgary on ‘Filarioid Nematodes in Caribou in Canada’ and graduated in November 2023.
Now she is working as a veterinarian with a restricted license in Alberta. She is more interested in small animal internal medicine and surgery. Her hobbies include hiking, traveling, reading, and exploring a lot more!
Amanda O-Clinic Manager
Amanda grew up and raised her family in the Edmonton area. She has 3 kids, 1 bonus kid, and 2 adorable grandchildren. After leaving a career in human medicine, she found herself immersed in veterinary medicine and her long forgotten love of being a voice for the voiceless was once again found. While all of her pets have now crossed the rainbow bridge, some chickens and a pig are on the near horizon.

Rebecca is a certified VOA from NorQuest who has been working at MPC since 2023. Trained in various animal restraints, she will always jump on the occasion to give your pet a bear hug while assisting the doctors. In her free time, she likes to go on hikes in the mountains with her senior dog or play videogames with her cat.
Ann
Ann trained as an Animal Health Technologist & became a Registered Vet Tech in 1996. After working at several clinics around Canada, she left Veterinary Medicine to raise her family. Recently, Ann has returned to her passion working with fur babies & their parents. She has 4 cats: Tucker, Kowboy, Rikki & Sophia and Evie, an energetic young chocolate Labrador Retriever . In her spare time, Ann enjoys training Evie & taking her on family walks, bike rides & hikes in nature.
